CAIRNS HOME ORGANISERS - DONATIONS, PRODUCTS AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Approved donations (one car load per session) will be removed from your home by Cairns Home Organisers - No donations will be returned to your home as they are donated directly after your session.

Cairns Home Organisers is NOT a Home Cleaning Service (however we do wipe over surfaces that we are organising)

Any additional hours required after our booked session time is completed will be charged at a rate of $75 p/h per organiser, changed in 15 minute increments (with the client's approval)

Cairns Home Organisers will use containers, bins and tubs etc that you have on hand - we also bring a variety of useful organising products with us for your sessions, cost price of any products will be charged to the client at the end of the project - if you approve products to be used.

Rescheduling a session date must be done with a minimum of 2 days (48 hours) notice to avoid a financial cost.

Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to sessions times - will forfeit $225 from the 50% non-refundable deposit.

We kindly ask that any dogs and cats are safely secured away during your session time, for the safety of our staff and your pets.

Cairns Home Organisers pay superannuation and have workcover for their valued employees as well as being covered by liability insurance.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all future services with Cairns Home Organisers.
