We’ll guide you through the decision-making, offer practical advice, and help you find homes for what you want to keep. If you’re unsure about something, we’ll talk it through together. Nothing gets thrown away without your say-so.

What exactly do I get in a 40-hour session?
Two organisers for four days. We work as a team to tackle your whole home — properly. You don’t just get advice or guidance — we do the physical work, set up systems, label everything, and take donations away.

Do I have to clean up before you come?
No. Please don’t. We need to see the real situation to help properly — no judgement, no pretending.

What kinds of spaces can you help with?
Anything from bedrooms and pantries to garages and sheds. Every home is different — we focus where you need it most.

Can you guarantee a specific space will be finished in the time booked?
No — every home and situation is different. How much we can complete depends on factors like the size of the space, the amount of clutter, and how quickly decisions are made. We work efficiently, but our focus is on doing it properly, not rushing just to get it “done”.

Will I need to be involved during the whole session?
Not constantly — but yes, we’ll need your input at a few key points. You don’t have to do the work with us, but we do need you nearby to make decisions as we go. Once we know what’s staying and what’s going, we take over and make it happen.

What if I need more than 40 hours?
If more help is needed, we’ll give you clear recommendations and can book additional sessions as needed.

Do I need to buy containers or labels first?
Nope. We bring a selection of containers and labels. If we use any, they’re charged at cost — no markup, no pressure.
